We are offering 20/24 sqm² in Eimsbüttel for 645 euro kalt,
the perfect place for a single person looking for a working apartment or for two people that don't mind sharing everything (it's a bit small for 2, we tried).
The property is located on the third floor and has a fitted kitchen,
a north-east balcony,
a fully furnished room (bed with mattress, cutlery, pots and pans, wardrobe)
a fully furnished bathroom with shower and
personal storage space in the basement.

Washer and dryer are shared with the rest of the apartment complex and are available in a laundry room in the basement.

We are looking for a slightly larger place, maximum 1200 euros warm, preferably no further than 40 minutes by public transport from the main station.
We would prefer a balcony, but that is not necessary for us.
