We would like to rent out our beautiful sunny house in Weißensee from mid April for 2 months. Shorter stays possible, Anmeldung not possible. 2300€ per month.

The house can accommodate 4 people in 2 double bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. Very light working room on top floor. Children’s playground is next to the house available only for kids in the neighborhood and therefore very safe. 2 sunny terraces, one on top of the house and second at the ground floor.

Edeka 2mins by walk, Aldi, Lidl, Netto 5 mins.
Tram station M4, M13, 12 - Antonplatz 7mins, Behaimstrasse 4mins. S-Bahn & Ring Bahn - Greifswalder str. 18mins by walk or 3 tram stations.

Personal items will be removed, some photos might be still showing some of them.
