Hi all! Stunning and serene 2500sqm of forested park/garden perfect for folks with a vehicle to enjoy nature and experiment/cultivate in Brandenburg. No tiny houses/Bauwagens/other semi-permanent structures allowed unfortunately. 1 hour drive south from Berlin off the A13 (Unterspreewald). Friendly and open community of locals, Berliners, and internationals with whom to spend time and celebrate local events/holidays. Self-managed compost toilet. Potential storage space. 100€ /month (including water and electricity). Dogs welcome, but not suitable for small children. We're fixing up a ruin in the front space and it's not safe for novice explorers yet. 1 year commitment. No long-term contracts yet, as we are creating a community space here.
