It's a 64 sq.m 2-room apartment, fully furnished (in the true sense, and including 2 huge TVs!) and has a big balcony. Perfect for working from home with 2 workstations in separate rooms.
It's located at Am Comeniusplatz, and super-connected with Aldi and bus stops within 1 min walking and less than 1 km from S-bahn, U-bahn and tram stations. It is in a residential and safe area with a police building right opposite and a beautiful park in front of the building with table tennis, basketball, soccer and kids play area. Lot of restaurants and bars nearby too within 10 min walking distance.

Only two conditions: no pets and no partying.
